
JTI is a tourism initiative that wanted to make travel easier for both locals and international visitors. They noticed that tourists often had to jump between many apps and websites to book hotels, find attractions, arrange transportation, or get personal recommendations. This created confusion and wasted time.
We worked with JTI to build a single mobile app that brings everything together. Be it hotel bookings, attractions, transport, and tailored suggestions. The JTI app was created to make trip planning simple, support local businesses, and improve the overall travel experience for Malaysian tourists.

Tourists visiting JTI’s region were struggling with outdated platforms, scattered information, and lack of personalization. The project goal was to create a centralized tourism app in Malaysia where travelers could plan and enjoy their trips without stress. The JTI mobile app had to combine booking, recommendations, and exclusive offers into one simple platform while promoting local tourism.
Visitors often had to use separate apps for hotels, taxis, attractions, and tour guides. This created a frustrating and disconnected experience.
Linkitsoft built a centralized tourism app where everything a traveler needs is available in one place. From hotel booking to attraction tickets and transport, the app gave users a complete travel experience without the hassle of juggling multiple tools.
Most existing apps did not offer smart or personalized suggestions. Tourists felt they were getting generic recommendations instead of options according to their interests.
We designed a recommendation engine that suggests activities, restaurants, and experiences based on user preferences and location. This gave travelers a more personal and enjoyable journey.
Many local businesses had limited ways to advertise directly to tourists. Their marketing often got lost among bigger brands. This made it hard for local businesses to stand out and attract tourists in Malaysia.
We added advertising opportunities in the app. This includes banner ads placed in key sections of the app. This gave businesses a direct way to reach tourists while also creating a steady revenue stream for JTI.
