We built a custom appointment booking system that brought everything under one system just for Beauty Lab and its customers. Through the integrated website, kiosk, and specialist app, customers can now check availability, book a slot, and confirm payment instantly.
The Problem

We introduced a self-check-in kiosk connected directly to the user booking site. When a customer arrives, they simply enter the phone number they used during online booking. This way, they instantly access their appointment details and make secure payments on the spot with a tap of their card using NFC technology.
